Since our couture and bridal ensembles are handcrafted with intricate embroidery, they typically require 8 to 12 weeks for production and delivery. Ready-to-wear pieces are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination country and are calculated at the time of checkout.
Can I request customizations for my outfit?
We offer bespoke services for our bridal and couture lines, including color customizations and fit adjustments. Please contact our stylists or visit one of our flagship boutiques for a personal consultation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, exchanges for size are permitted on ready-to-wear items within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn and tags are intact. Couture and custom orders are final sale.
