Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all designer tags, security seals, and luxury packaging intact.
Secure Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange for a secure reverse pickup from your delivery address through our trusted logistics partners at a scheduled time.
Validation and Refund
